Our New Forest test-bed was built in 2020 to carry out more local experiments.

Several types of sensor node were deployed in Feshie:

• Router nodes – link up areas of the mountains
• Geomorphology nodes – sense properties of hummocks/turf
  • temperature profile data from turf node
• Peat nodes – sense properties of the peatlands.
  • Video of the area. Temperature Data from Peat node and Router3 peat temperatures
• Water studies – sense water body (“Lochan”) and stream.
  • Rain Data (mainly from Lochan)
  • water depth pressures of the small Lochan
